How to Report Safeguarding Concerns

We encourage anyone with concerns about safeguarding—whether staff, service users, families, or the public—to report them immediately. Your concerns will be taken seriously and handled confidentially.

  • Email: Send confidential reports to our safeguarding lead
  • External Authorities: Contact local safeguarding boards or CQC directly

What Happens After You Report?

  1. Your concern will be acknowledged immediately
  2. We will conduct a thorough investigation following safeguarding protocols
  3. Appropriate escalation to external authorities will be made where necessary
  4. You will be kept informed of the investigation outcome (where appropriate)
  5. We will take corrective action to prevent future incidents
