Joy - CQC Registered Manager, OFSTED Registered Manager
I am a Registered Social Worker with an academic foundation in psychology (BSc) and a Master’s degree in Social Work Practice. I have extensive experience supporting vulnerable children, young people, and adults across education, healthcare, and community mental health services. My career has included working in SEN schools, digital healthcare, and NHS community mental health teams, as well as supporting emotional regulation within school-based CAMHS services. Alongside my professional experience, I bring lived experience of supporting a close family member with autism and learning disabilities, which deeply shapes my passion for creating safe, nurturing, and empowering environments where individuals can thrive. Through KAC Care, I am committed to delivering compassionate, person-centred support and addressing gaps in the community by providing high-quality supported living, children’s residential care, and domiciliary care services.
